How it works
1. You find us (yay)
You stumbled across Lucky Rose Cantina and we’re already off to a good start.
2. Let’s chat
We’ll connect to make sure we’re the right fit for your event and check availability. Easy, low-pressure, just making sure it all lines up.
3. Lock it in
To book your date, we require a 30% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract. This covers all the important details—expectations, responsibilities, and the not-so-fun (but necessary) legal stuff.
4. Build your bar menu
At least 2 weeks before your event (sooner is always better), we’ll plan your drink menu together. We’ll also help you figure out exactly what—and how much—you need to purchase.
5. Place your order
We’ll get you a quote from our partnered liquor store and guide you through the process, but per the law, all alcohol must be purchased directly by you.
6. Final details
About a week out, we’ll nail down arrival time, setup location, and access instructions. We arrive early so we’re fully set up and ready to go before guests start arriving—no clanking bottles during your big moment.
7. Final payment
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
8. Party time
We’ll show up early, get everything set, and make sure we’re good to go—but your service hours don’t start until that first drink is poured.
From there, we serve for the agreed-upon time. If things wrap up early, we don’t offer refunds for unused hours.
We ID anyone who looks under 30 and reserve the right to cut off anyone who’s had a little too much (and anyone trying to sneak them another). Gotta keep things safe and smooth for everyone.
We’ll have a small tip jar with QR codes available—but no pressure at all. It’s just there because folks tend to ask, and it helps keep our service rates friendly.
9. Last call
We recommend closing the bar about an hour before the event ends so guests have time to wind down. We’ll call last call 30 minutes before closing.
10. Clean up & ride off into the sunset
We’ll break down everything we brought and leave any leftover alcohol or mixers in a designated spot for you.
We do leave trash behind, as our bartenders are traveling with limited space—but everything will be consolidated and easy to handle.
